HomeHubAi is built on collaboration, but you control your data. Data sharing across our three user groups is strictly governed.
Homeowners to Partners
Partners gifting you a code do NOT auto-access your profile. You explicitly authorize data sharing.
Homeowners to Vendors
Property data is only shared when you explicitly request a quote or book a service.
Service Providers
Trusted third parties for hosting, payments, analytics — contractually bound to confidentiality.
Our Promise
HomeHubAi does NOT sell your personal or home structural/financial data to brokers or advertisers.
4. Data Security and Retention

Data Retention
We retain your personal and property information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.
If you choose to delete your account, we will purge your personal data. Anonymized property data (such as appliance models without structural or identity ties) may be retained to improve our global machine-learning models for home maintenance.
