Welcome to HomeHubAi! These Terms govern your access to and use of the HomeHubAi mobile application, website, and related property management services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
HomeHubAi is a property data and asset-tracking ecosystem. The Platform serves three distinct user groups:
Homeowners
Document, catalog, and manage home assets, appliances, and service histories.
Partners
Purchase bulk access codes to gift to homeowners or manage portfolios.
Service Vendors
Receive property data shared by users to provide accurate maintenance and quoting.
2. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities
Registration
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
User Types
Your rights depend on your account tier. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority.

3. Partner Programs & Bulk Code Purchases
Bulk Access Codes
Purchase codes to distribute to clients, tenants, or homeowners. Codes grant a license under purchase terms.
No Auto Data Access
Gifting a code does NOT grant access to homeowner data. Explicit digital authorization is required.
Refund Policy
All bulk code purchases are final and non-refundable unless covered by a separate written corporate agreement.
4. Vendor and Service Provider Interactions
No Endorsement
HomeHubAi does not employ, endorse, validate, or guarantee any Service Vendor's performance, licensing, or insurance.
User Disputes
Any contract or interaction is strictly between the Homeowner and Vendor. HomeHubAi is not a party and holds zero liability.
5. User Content and License
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to data, photos, videos, blueprints, and receipts you upload to the Platform.
License to HomeHubAi
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide our services.
Data Anonymization
We may aggregate and anonymize technical appliance data to improve predictive maintenance systems — no PII included.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Upload data for properties you do not own or have legal permission to document.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data for marketing purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or infringing content.
7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Cancellations
Billing
You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge all fees to that method.
Cancellation
Gifted codes provide uninterrupted free access for the plan duration. Standard accounts can be deleted anytime in settings.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis
No warranties regarding accuracy of automated valuations, predictive timelines, or documentation sufficiency for insurance underwriting.
Insurance Context
We do not guarantee insurance carriers will accept our data as binding. We do not underwrite or issue policies.
Limitation of Liability
HomeHubAi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the legal standing of HomeHubAi.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HomeHubAi is corporately registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
